Sanja Baković
Interiors

A website for an interior designer that shows more than finished spaces. It explains how the collaboration works and why good decisions happen before construction begins.

01 · Problem

The work looked accomplished. The process was still unclear to a potential client.

Interior design requires money, time and trust. A portfolio can get attention, but it does not answer the questions people have before making an enquiry. What exactly do I get? When should I get in touch? How much can a designer help before a wrong decision becomes expensive?

02 · Decision

We do not start with style. We start with the decisions the client wants to make without regret.

The main message is not a promise of a beautiful home. It tells clients they can see the space before construction starts. Services are then organised by the amount of support they need, from one consultation to a complete project.

03 · UX

Four questions the website needs to answer before contact.

01

Is this the quality of work I am looking for?

02

Which type of service do I actually need?

03

What does the collaboration look like and what do I get?

04

Is this the right time to get in touch?

04 · Identity

A quiet visual system that leaves room for the projects.

The identity does not compete with the interiors. Typography, a neutral palette and precise layout give the website weight, while photography remains the main proof of the work. The result feels measured because nothing is trying to shout.

05 · Outcome

Clients can now decide whether the way of working suits them before they enquire.

The website connects projects, services and process into one story. It does not try to persuade everyone. It helps the right person understand the value of the collaboration and take the next step.

Your work is worth more when people understand why.
