Who controls your data

The data controller is Željka Mikulčić, operator of the Salty Brand Studio website. For privacy questions, contact hello@saltybrandstudio.com.

Information I process

When you submit a project enquiry, I process your name, email address, selected service, message and any business or project information you choose to provide. Contact-form data is stored in Airtable so I can respond. If direct sending is unavailable, the form opens your email application. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email, language, source and consent record are stored in Airtable until you unsubscribe.

Purpose and legal basis

I use the information to answer enquiries, assess a possible collaboration, prepare a proposal and provide agreed services. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in managing business communication.

Retention and sharing

I retain information only as long as needed for communication, collaboration and legal obligations. I do not sell personal data. Email, Airtable and hosting providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate measurement of visits and website usage without marketing profiles. It does not use marketing pixels. If optional cookies or marketing tracking are introduced, this notice and consent controls will be updated before use.
