Concept Day · 1:1 intensive

You have a good business, but too much of it still lives only in your head.

In 3–4 hours, we sort out your offer, messaging, brand direction, website and content. Instead of another few weeks of thinking, you leave knowing what to do next.

For a business that comes across better in real life than online.

Concept Day makes sense when the business is solid, but the offer, website and communication still feel like separate pieces.

  • your website is not doing its job and you know design is only part of the problem
  • you offer several services and do not know which one should lead
  • you make a much stronger impression in person than you do online
  • you want to sort out the direction before investing in a new website, identity or content
  • you keep circling the same decisions and need someone to work through them with you

Five things that need to work together.

01

Business

We start by sorting out what you actually sell, what creates the most value and what can be removed. The goal is an offer people understand without extra explanation.

02

Positioning

We define who you are speaking to, why someone should choose you and what impression you want to create before price even enters the conversation.

03

Offer

We shape the main offer, supporting services, pricing logic and the path from first contact to enquiry or purchase.

04

Brand & content

We decide how the brand should sound and look, and what photography, video and content actually need to do for the business.

05

Website

Finally, we turn that into a website structure: what comes first, what follows, what must be obvious immediately and where the user should go next.

You bring the context. We make the decisions. I turn them into a Blueprint.

01Questionnaire

Before the session, you answer questions about the business, clients, offer, goals, competitors, website and content so we do not spend the first hour covering basics.

023–4 hours 1:1

We work in person or online. We look at the actual materials, compare options and make decisions as we go.

03Blueprint

After the session, you receive one document with the decisions, priorities and concrete next steps.

04What happens next is your choice

You can continue on your own, with other collaborators or with Salty Brand Studio. There is no required second phase.

Not meeting notes. Decisions you can actually use.

  • positioning and core message
  • a structured offer and clear priorities
  • pricing and CTA direction
  • brand tone and visual direction
  • website structure and homepage direction
  • content direction and core themes
  • a Blueprint with decisions and next steps

Concept Day is not a finished website or a full visual identity.

This is where we decide what needs to be done and in what order. Design, development, photography, video and larger copy scopes are separate if you need them afterwards.

Core

Concept Day

Offer, positioning, messaging, brand direction, website structure and Blueprint.

02

Optional

Homepage Concept

If you want a concrete homepage direction after Concept Day, I turn the decisions into content hierarchy, key messages and CTAs.

It can stop here, or become the start of a larger project.

If you continue into a Website Sprint of at least €2,500, €250 of the Concept Day fee is credited toward that project. You can sort out the direction first, then decide whether you want to invest in execution.

If you have been circling the same decisions for a while, let’s sort them out in one day.
