Concept Day
Offer, positioning, messaging, brand direction, website structure and Blueprint.
Concept Day · 1:1 intensive
In 3–4 hours, we sort out your offer, messaging, brand direction, website and content. Instead of another few weeks of thinking, you leave knowing what to do next.
Concept Day makes sense when the business is solid, but the offer, website and communication still feel like separate pieces.
We start by sorting out what you actually sell, what creates the most value and what can be removed. The goal is an offer people understand without extra explanation.
We define who you are speaking to, why someone should choose you and what impression you want to create before price even enters the conversation.
We shape the main offer, supporting services, pricing logic and the path from first contact to enquiry or purchase.
We decide how the brand should sound and look, and what photography, video and content actually need to do for the business.
Finally, we turn that into a website structure: what comes first, what follows, what must be obvious immediately and where the user should go next.
Before the session, you answer questions about the business, clients, offer, goals, competitors, website and content so we do not spend the first hour covering basics.
We work in person or online. We look at the actual materials, compare options and make decisions as we go.
After the session, you receive one document with the decisions, priorities and concrete next steps.
You can continue on your own, with other collaborators or with Salty Brand Studio. There is no required second phase.
This is where we decide what needs to be done and in what order. Design, development, photography, video and larger copy scopes are separate if you need them afterwards.

Optional
If you want a concrete homepage direction after Concept Day, I turn the decisions into content hierarchy, key messages and CTAs.
If you continue into a Website Sprint of at least €2,500, €250 of the Concept Day fee is credited toward that project. You can sort out the direction first, then decide whether you want to invest in execution.
